Ingredients

  • 4 fresh tuna steaks
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 garlic clove, grated
  • 1/2 inch fresh ginger, grated
  • 220 F, add marinated tuna steaks and grill for 4-5 minutes Serve with avocado tomato salsa and mangetouts.
