The gravy thickens on standing. Heat oil in a pan and saute the capsicumfor a few minutes. I made this for Lil Angel lunch box and she came home gushing out praises for the dish
Gently toss the mushrooms insidefor a minute and turn off. South Indian / SideDish. He is happy with the plaingravy as it is very delicious even without mushrooms
