Ingredients

  • 3 cups Basmati rice
  • 1 kg Chicken (sliced as medium pieces)
  • 2 nos Onions (sliced thinly)
  • 3 nos Tomatoes (chopped)
  • 5 nos Green chillies (slit opened)
  • 1 cup Chopped mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup Chopped coriander leaves
  • 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • Oil
  • 2 tbsp Ghee
  • 2 nos Cardamoms
  • 3 nos Cloves
  • 1 no Cinnamon stick
  • 1/4 tsp Saffron strands
  • Salt

  • To roast & grind
  • 1 tbsp White peppercorns
  • 1 tbsp Poppyseeds
  • 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
  • 2 tbsp Fennel seeds
  • 6 nos Cardamoms
  • 10 nos Cloves
  • 2 nos Cinnamon stick
