  • 1 can full-fat coconut milk, refrigerated at least 24 hours (I use Thai Kitchen brand)
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup

  • For the raw chocolate sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted to liquid
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • For the raw caramel sauce
  • 15 soft medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 cup raw non-dairy milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
