For MasalaVadai. Add the dalfritters/masalavada to it. As I started to prepare the recipe I just wanted to try deep fry the dal instead of steaming, you see steaming the dal make it bit harder , so I planned to make a twist and fried it as dal fritters and made the recipe
So I tried to add this tapioca while making lentils vada and the taste was excellent. once the oil gets heated up, take some small amount of vada mixure, make a ball and press it gently to slightly flatten it and then put in the hot oil
Immediately pour the masala in the dal and give it a boil. Finally add the red chilli powder,turmeric powder,cumin powder( i din't add cumin powder in my dal curry,it's totally optional) and give it a stir
