  • 1/2 cup whole moong dal
  • 1/2 cup whole almonds
  • 2/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup ghee
  • 4-5 cardamons
  • 1 tablespoon broken cashews

  • Method
  • 1. Dry roast moong dal and almonds till slightly brownish.Do it in low flame,taking care not to burn.Stop once nice aroma starts wafting out.
