Ingredients

  • Canola oil for greasing pan
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg plus 3 yolks lightly beaten
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup passion fruit concentrate or frozen
  • For syrup
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup passion fruit frozen or concentrate
  • (If you find passion fruit use seeds and pulp)
