  • 3/4 lb chicken livers
  • 1/3 lb ground pork
  • 3/4 lb pork loin chop
  • 1 inch cubes
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1 1/2-2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper
  • 2 tsp fresh thyme
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary
  • 1/4 cup pistachios
  • 1 medium shallot
  • 2 eggs lightly beaten
  • 6-8 whole bay leaves
  • 12 slices of bacon
