  • 4 cups rice flour
  • 4 cups water
  • 6 cups grated fresh coconut
  • 1 ½ cups jaggery
  • 7 - 8 cardamoms , powdered
  • 1 tsp salt
  • For the filling
  • 6 cups grated fresh coconut
  • 1 ½ cups jaggery
  • 7 -8 cardamoms, powdered
  • Method
  • Patholi in turmeric leaf using steamed rice flour with step by step pictures.
  • Grate the fresh coconut and add jaggary to it. Mix till the coconut and jaggery combine well.
