  • 2 tsp lemon juice or vinegar

  • 3 large egg whites at room temperature
  • 1 1/2 C sorghum
  • 1 tsp xanthan gum
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Buttercream Frosting
  • 1 stick
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 Cup canola oil
