Mix milk andpeanutbutter in a large bowl until smooth. Even though I do not have a dog, I love making these to give to my friends and family for their dogs
Add peanutbutter to cream cheese mixture in large bowl and beat until smooth. It is so chocolaty so peanutbuttery, so so well words just can't describe how good it is
* I used peanut oil because I had some on hand, and also because I figured it would taste more delicious and help overcome the gluten free flour flavor
*I wanted to use the new cookie cutters I also got when I received the book so I added about ¾ cup whole wheat flour which allowed me to roll out the dough and cut the biscuits into shapes
And when I took a huge chunk of that with some peanutbutter mousse and oodles of hot fudge. It took me so long to make this because of what I lamented about earlier- it's a boring old peanutbutter-chocolate combo
Place the dates, peanutbutter, cocoa powder, peanuts, chia seeds, vanilla, and salt into a food processor (or blender) and pulse until all of the ingredients are blended together and forms a thick dough
So decided that I will make butter cookies as pressies for the humans and furkids. Not sure about you but Christmas does make me think of butter cookies
