Ingredients

  • 1 packet Oreo biscuits (137g)
  • 30 g melted butter
  • 250 g chunky peanut butter (I used no sugar added)
  • 600 g whipping cream
  • 4-5 ripe bananas, perferably pisang mas
  • Sponge Cake
  • 125 g chocolate sponge mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 25 ml water
  • 25 ml melted butter
  • Ganache
  • 150 g Dark Chocolate (broken into small pieces)
  • 150 cream
  • 10 g butter
