Peanut Butter Cup Cheesecake Bites

  • 1 8 oz. block softened cream cheese
  • 11 8 oz. tub of whipped topping
  • 1 ⅓ cup sugar
  • 110-12 peanut butter cup miniatures, chopped
  • 1 RITZ® Crackers
  • 1 (extra peanut butter cup miniatures for the top of each cracker)Cream softened cream cheese and sugar together in a mixer.
  • 1 Add whipped topping and chopped peanut butter cups, stir until combined.
  • 1 Scoop cheesecake mixture into a zip lock baggie, and stick in the fridge to firm up a bit.
  • 1 Cut off the tip of the baggie (makeshift piping bag) and pipe mixture onto each cracker.
  • 1 Top each with a miniature peanut butter cup.
  • 1 Enjoy right away!
