Do you remember the PeanutButterBalls that you used to get in the school cafeteria. Especially Picky Pants Carson, he thinks they are peanutbutter candy cookies as he calls them
Chocolate Banana Bread Snack Balls. Last week I came up with a great one, which I genuinely debated using as the title of this post instead of “No-Bake PeanutButter Cup Protein Bars”
in blender, add milk, protein powder, mix on medium speed for 15 seconds. add peanutbutter, strawberrries and splenda and mix on high for 30 seconds. 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder. 2 tablespoons organic peanutbutter
Generously frost the top of each cupcake with PeanutButter Cream Frosting. In a mixing bowl fitted with the paddle attachment, beat the butter and cream cheese
Peanutbutter gives a good taste and if you want to use other nut butters that's fine too. Energy balls are great to have on hand after a workout or even as a snack in the afternoon or evening
You can also make these with other nut butters if peanutbutter isn’t your thing. I made them very simple this time, but you could add peanuts, pretzels, chocolate chips, mini vegan marshmallows or chocolate candies, just to mention a few ideas
These peanutbutter chocolate balls would be a perfect addition to any party (even over the holidays) or you could store them in the freezer for when you need a sweet treat
