Peanut Butter S’mores Bars {no bake!}

Ingredients

  • ½ - 1 cup butter
  • 12 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 12 cups powdered sugar
  • 11¼ cups peanut butter
  • 11 can marshmallow fluff
  • 11 bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 11 bag mini peanut butter cupsMelt ½ cup butter in the microwave.
  • 1 Mix butter, graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and peanut butter together until completely combined. If the mixture is not sticking together, add additional ½ cup of butter gradually to combine until crust sticks together but is not too sticky.
  • 1 Press into the bottom of a 9x13 pyrex.
  • 1 Spread a layer marshmallow fluff over the graham cracker crust.
  • 1 Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave. Pour over fluff layer and spread to create a full layer.
  • 1 Coarsely chop the mini peanut butter cups and sprinkle on top.
  • 1 Refrigerate for an hour or more to let the chocolate set {you can also throw it in the freezer if you're in a hurry}.
  • 1 Cut and serve!
