  • tablespoon butter
  • green, orange and yellow bell pepper, seeded and chopped
  • onion, chopped
  • (13 oz.) beef smoked sausage links, sliced thin
  • (14.5 oz.) can Italian style diced tomatoes
  • teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • teaspoon garlic powder
  • cup shredded mozzarella cheese
