This icecream is made from pure coconut cream, fresh spinach leaves and peppermint extract. Add sugar, vanilla, remaining cream, peppermint extract and blend again until smooth
Pulse in chocolatechips. Select IceCream cycle. If your Blendtec doesn’t feature an IceCream/Frozen Yogurt button, blend on a Low speed for 15 seconds, then blend on a Medium High speed for 30 seconds
The resulting basic chocolateicecream comes out soft and creamy but you can add chopped nuts, chocolatechips, dried fruits, or marshmallows to add another layer of texture and flavor

Freeze in an icecream maker, adding the peppermint candy and chocolate at the very end. Not that additional chocolate sauce wouldn't be welcome, but we like the slight bitterness of the dark chocolate in there with all that sugary peppermint
I personally am not a huge fan of vanilla (you guys can hate me, but I think vanilla lacks flavor sometimes) so I decided to make a chocolate fudge to drizzle on top

Bananas, chocolatechipicecream, milk, yogurt. Have a nice day. Slice the bananas and freeze for about 1 hour. In a blender, add the sliced bananas, chocolatechipicecream, yogurt, milk and blend for about 6 minutes
