Ingredients

  • 1 and 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3/4 stick (6 Tablespoons) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1/4 cup peppermint chips
  • 6 mint sandwich cookies, chopped
  • Directions
  • Preheat your oven to 325 degrees F.
