Ingredients

  • 1 pound perciatelli
  • Salt
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 cup fresh or thawed frozen peas
  • 1 pound lump crabmeat
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons grated
  • 1/4 teaspoon red
  • 1/3 cup chopped
  • 1/2 cup pasta-cooking water, peas, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon pepper and cook for 1 minute
