The muffins tops rose to domey perfection. Using an ice cream scoop (or a spoon, but a scoop gives perfect, domed tops) fill the tins about ¾ of the way, sprinkling the crushed Brownie Brittle on top of each muffin
Stir in the pumpkin. Pipe or spread the mixture onto the cold muffinsandgarnishwithorange zest. Fold in the flour with the baking powder and spices or nuts if using
