  • 3 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves (packed)
  • 1/2 cup swiss cheese, shredded (or provolone)
  • pepper (to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
