Ingredients

  • 10 potato & cheese pierogies, cooked
  • 12 ounces your favoite smoked spicy sausage, cut in bite size pieces or make it meatless
  • 3/4 cup raw cauliflower or 3/4 cup broccoli
  • 3/4 cup raw carrot, sliced
  • 3/4 cup raw mushrooms, sliced or 1 (1 ounce) can drained sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup sweet onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce, to taste (I use Denzil's Peaches & Scream)
  • 1 (10 ounce) cancondensed tomato soup or 1 (10 ounce) can tomato noodle soup
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper
  • 1/4-1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
