Persian cucumbers with marinated tuna

Ingredients

  • 5 Persian cucumbers cut horizontally and seedless to make a space for the tuna
  • 400 gr fresh tuna loin diced
  • ¼ cup finely chopped onion
  • ¼ cup tamari sauce
  • 3 tablespoons yellow lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon furikake
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cream cheese to spread on cucumbers

Instructions

    In a bowl, mix the tamari, lemon, sesame oil, orange juice, furikake, chives and salt and pepper to taste
    Add the diced chopped tuna, mix, and marinate for at least 1 hour
    On each cucumber spread a little cream cheese as a base
    Stuff with marinated tuna
    Serve
