From the photo above, you will notice that the texture of the cupcake is moist with a bit tender crumb due to the adding of buttermilk and when you have your first bite you would also experience a mild beetroot aftertaste in between the cocoa flavour cake

It’s the weekend before Christmas- yay. At the moment it feels as though this baby is going to be living inside me forever as I wait day after day for something to happen, but hopefully by next weekend I will have some wonderful news to share with you all

Cooking-For-One Week. I make a lot of large salads that I post on this blog and you better bet that I bring it for lunch the entire week until it is gone
