Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup picante sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic flavored red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoons dried oregano, crushed
  • 2 garlic clove, minced
  • 3/4 pound deli roast beef, sliced 1/4" thick, cut into short, thin strips
  • 1 medium tomato, seeded and diced
  • 1 medium cucumber, cut lengthwise into quarters, seeded and thinly sliced
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, cut into thin strips
  • 1 cup thinly sliced celery
  • 1 cup short, thin red onion strips
