  • 2 pkgs. (13 oz ea.) potato & onion frozen pierogi - thawed
  • 1 container (16 oz.) sour cream - I used fat free
  • 1 pkg (8 oz =2 cups) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 pkg smoked kielbasa - diced
  • 1 cup chicken broth - low sodium
  • fresh chopped parsley - optional garnish
