Pigs in a Blanket Breakfast Casserole - seriously the BEST!!! Crescent rolls, dijon mustard, lit'l smokies, cheese, eggs and milk. SO simple and SOOO delicious! Ingredients

  • 1 (8-count) tube refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 11 (4-count) tube refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 11 (14-oz) package Lit'l Smokies
  • 11/4 cup dijon mustard
  • 15 eggs
  • 11-1/2 cups milk
  • 12 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 salt and pepper
  • 1 ingredients:
  • 1 (8-count) tube refrigerated crescent rolls 1 (4-count) tube refrigerated crescent rolls 1 (14-oz) package Lit'l Smokies 1/4 cup dijon mustard 5 eggs 1-1/2 cups milk 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese salt and pepperPreheat oven to 375ºF. Lightly spray a 9x13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
  • 1 Unroll both cans of crescent rolls; separate into 12 triangles. Spread a heaping teaspoon of Dijon mustard on each triangle.  Cut each triangle lengthwise into 3 narrow triangles.
  • 1 Place sausage on wide side of each triangle. Roll up and place in prepared pan.
  • 1 Top pigs in a blanket with shredded cheese.
  • 1 Whisk together eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over pigs in a blanket.
  • 1 Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, until egg mixture is set.
