  • 3 T coconut milk, divided
  • 1/2 t pure vanilla extract
  • 1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury Grands! refrigerated biscuits, Southern style
  • 4 T granulated sugar, divided
  • 3 T coconut-flavored rum (such as Malibu), divided
  • 1/4 c crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 1/4 c dried, flaked coconut
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
