  • Canned pineapple slices in heavy syrup
  • 400 ml / (1 2/3 cups) heavy whipping cream
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar to beat the cream
  • Cinnamon powder for garnish
