—Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Butter or grease one 2 quart casserole dish. In a mixing bowl, blend together 4 tablespoons reserved pineapple juice, sugar, flour and butter. Add pineapple and cheese; mix well and pour into casserole dish. Bake for 20 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C), sprinkle top with cracker crumbs and bake for 20 more minutes.
