Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup dark rum
  • 4 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 2 large cans
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • Tart Dough
  • 2 cups
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • 8 ounces
  • 2 sticks
  • ¼ cup ice water
  • 3 minutes
  • 15-20 minutes
  • 400 F. Bake the tart for
  • 15 minutes
  • 45 minutes
