  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice, reserved
  • 1 teaspoon gingerroot, grated
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 3 tablespoons water
