  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons minced crystallized ginger
  • 1 cup whipping cream, beaten to soft peaks
