  • Chicken tofu from gardenin
  • Sauce for the chicken : Chili sauce, rice vinegar, orange jaune, soy sauce, sesame oil, sauce mirin, sauce poisson, cornstach.
  • vegetables : pineapple, carrots, oignons, bell peppers, bockchoy, zucchini, whatever you have on hand. Sautee these with lemongrass, ginger, sesame sauce, sriracha sauce, fish sauce.
  • Curcuma rice noodles : Some small vermicelli noodles, sauteed in curcurma and bovril légumes with some sprouted beans.
  • Top with peanuts, cilantro, shallots and black sesame seeds.
