Pink Frozen Fruit Salad

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 11 quart strawberry ice cream, softened
  • 11/2 cup Miracle Whip salad dressing
  • 12 cans (17 ounce size) fruit cocktail or cherries, drained
  • 11/3 cup chopped nutsCombine the cream cheese, ice cream, and salad dressing in a mixing bowl. Beat on medium speed with an electric mixer until well blended.
  • Add the fruit cocktail and nuts and fold them in by hand. Pour the mixture into a 9-inch square pan.
  • Cover the pan with foil and place in the freezer until firm (2-3 hours).
  • Keep frozen until ready to serve.
