Chicken - 1lb / 500gms ( preferably boneless chicken, but I used mixed one) Onion - 1 (medium, chopped)Ginger - 3tbsp ( minced)Red chili powder - 1/2 tsp or to tasteMint leaves - As required. )Meanwhile heat 1tsp oil in a pan & add seasoning ingredients as listed then add chopped onion, minced ginger & fry till it turns golden brown color then add red chili powder & required salt ( be careful with salt & remember marinate masala also have salt in it)
In fact this is a confinement dish cooked with sesame oil and lots more ginger slices. Add in the other tablespoon oil and fry the ginger slices until golden brown and fragrant
