Ingredients

  • 4 pcs chicken legs and thighs
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 lemons 3-6 pcs birds eye chillies, finely chopped (adjust the chillies depending on your liking)
  • 1 red capsicum, seeded
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • salt
  • 45 minutes on
  • 180 C then set to oven grill at
