  • 2 medium beets roasted
  • 2/3 cup red cabbage shredded
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon psyllium
  • 3-4 tablespoons water
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup chickpea flour
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 2-3 shallots finely minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • garlic powder to taste
  • figs
  • parsley, basil, thyme
  • walnuts
