Every once in a while, we'll try a recipe that absolutely transports me someplace. We kept putting off making this because the recipe called for rosemary foccacia
I really hope you will give my poachedeggsrecipe a try. And that leads me to these poachedeggs. I rarely cook for breakfast, partially because is a fancy plate of eggs really worth an hours time including the prep and clean up involved
Using a slotted spoon, remove all the poachedeggs to a plate and sprinkle with salt & pepper. Season the soup bit by bit (this is important) with salt and pepper until just right (*I ended up using about a teaspoon of salt for half the recipe)
When the beans are almost cooked add the eggs and let them poach. Soak the beans overnight. In a pressure cooker with water, cook the beans with the spare ribs about 30 minutes (reserve the cooking water)
