Ingredients

  • 2 servings
  • 2 poblano peppers charred, sweated, peeled and deveined
  • ½ cup chopped red onion
  • ½ cup diced tomato
  • 5 organic eggs beaten
  • 2 tablespoons ghee
  • 2 cups black beans cooked with the broth
  • 3 roma tomatoes
  • 30 gr onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Avocado oil for frying
  • Cilantro sprouts to serve
  • Onion to serve
  • Avocado to serve
