Ingredients

  • 8 ounces/230 grams unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 6 ounces/175 grams confectioner’s sugar
  • 1 egg, at room temperature

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 14 ounces/400 grams all-purpose flour
