Ingredients

  • Dough
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 2 ½ cups gluten free flour, with xanthan gum
  • 1 lb russet potatoes, peeled and chunked
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup shredded cheese (I used sharp cheddar)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ head red cabbage, shredded
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 tbsp canola oil
  • ½ cup water
  • 4 tbsp red wine or apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
