Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 banana shallots, finely chopped

  • 2 tuna steaks (about 330g)
  • 40 g pine nuts
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 2 medium eggs
  • 4 slices of bread (white+multi-seeded)
