Ingredients

  • 350 grams poppy seeds ( 14 oz)
  • 8 eggs
  • 170 grams grind almonds
  • 1 3/4 cup sugar (3/4 for cake and 1 cup for syrup)
  • 80 grams bread crumbs
  • 80 grams semolina
  • 3 tablespoon lemon juice
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tin or jar (397 grams)
  • dulce de leche, or caramel (Carnation)
  • 1 tablespoon of milk
