Ingredients

  • 2 pounds pork cubes
  • or kielbasa
  • 2 small chorizo sausage
  • 1 T minced garlic
  • 4 T olive oil
  • 1 t paprika
  • 2 c arborio rice
  • 1/2 c marinara sauce
  • 1 c red wine
  • 4 c chicken broth
  • 1. Heat up a large pan with the olive oil. Add the pork and garlic and saute together on medium heat.
  • 8. Stir the mixture together and serve in bowls or on a large platter
