Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb lean ground pork
  • 1 cup white wine (like pinot gris, or sauvignon blanc)
  • 1 15 oz can of roasted red peppers
  • 2 lbs sliced mushrooms, browned
  • 1 cup onion, minced (use a food processor)
  • 2-3 garlic cloves
  • 2-3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • Salt and Pepper
