  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 3 tablespoons cold water
  • dash lemon juice
  • 1/2 bag frozen diced potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoons smoked paprika
