Ingredients

  • **For Pork
  • 4-6 (appx 4 oz each) Pork Loin Chops
  • 1 Tbsp Vegetable or Canola Oil
  •  
  • For Creamy Herb Sauce
  • 1 c Yellow Onions, chopped
  • 2 tsp Butter or Margarine
  • 4 oz (1/2 package) Cream Cheese, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 c Milk
  • 1 (14.5 oz) can Chicken Broth (substitute with 1 3/4c Water + 1 1/2 Chicken Bouillon Cubes )
  • 3 Tbsp All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Dry Rosemary, crushed
  • 1 tsp Ground Sage
  • 1/2 tsp Dry Thyme
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 4-6 c Potatoes, peeled and sliced 1/4" thick
  • Paprika- to sprinkle
  • Parsley- to sprinkle
