  • Ingredients
  • 8 Medium fresh figs (diced)
  • Heat the figs and balsamic vinegar in a small saucepan over medium low heat and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Add the water and butter and continue cooking for another 10-15 minutes until reduced. Stir mashing figs with the back of a spoon.
