Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • handful fresh cilantro, roughly chopped
  • 2 tbps ginger, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup light soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 jalapeno, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp chili oil *optional*
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp safflower oil (or vegetable, grapeseed oil)
